You may saw kendo before in the comic or in japan anime, but did you really try it in your real life?
Today we are going to learn Kendo, we really appreciate that Kenshin dojo in Puchong provide us a free trial class, besides that, teach us how to wear Hakama ( Kendo Attire) and Bogu( full set of Armor), and I and Jin have a chance to wear a full set of armor to fight, it is really a good experience.
Beside the technic, kendo also can train your mindset and focus, you can see how I fight with Jin.
